Guest   : yes, that is correct

Porter  : Are you ready go to Reception ?

Porter  : mr. Tony here is our reception, please complete your registration here.

Porter  : Mr. Tony My name is Nanda, I’m your porter today, I will be escorting you go to room, do you have any luggage ?

Guest   : yes, I have

Porter  : may I get your luggage tag  please ?

Guest   : here you are

Porter  : may I know your room number and may I get your room key please ?

Guest   : my room number is 201 and this is my room key

Porter  : may I check your luggage please ?

Guest   : yes please

Porter  : Mr. tony  your luggage are one suite case, one hand bag and one brave case with good condition, is that correct ?

Guest   : yes I’m

Porter  : follow me please

            Excuse me sir now I would like to explain about about our hotel facilities, first there is our restaurant for breakfast start from 7 am until 10 am, for lunch start from 12 am until 3 pm and dinner start from 7 pm until 10 pm. There is main pool with poolbar open from 9 am until 9 pm, there is our SPA open from 9 am until 9 pm with any kind of treatment, there is our GYM center open 24 hour and you can do your exercise during you stay  at our hotel, that all about our hotel facilities.

Guest   : yes please

Porter  : well, now I would like to explain about your room facilities start from here is your room light switch, here is your air conditioner remote control, if you felt so hot you can setting your air conditioner, here is your dressing table, here is your mini bar complete with any kind of soft drink but it is not free and you must pay at our cashier when you check out and than our housekeeping will replace every morning, next this is your wardrobe complete with bathrobe, slipper with laundry bag and laundry bill, this is your television with local and international channel so you can setting by this remote control, this is your bed side table complete with bed side lamp, stationary and telephone, here is your balcony complete with around table and two arm chair, next we go to bathroom, here is your wash basin with wash basin mirror and any kind off your amenities, here your towel rack with any kind of towel, here your bathtub with hot and cold water but you can not drink because it is not good for your healty, here is your standing shower with shampoo, body wash, conditioner and body lotion, and this is your toilet bowl.

Porter  : may I check your luggage please ?

Porter  : (pasang luggage tag untuk barang bawaan tamu )Mr. Tony your luggage are two suite case with a good condition, is that correct ?

Guest   : yes that is correct

Porter  : are you ready for the check out now ?

Guest   : yes I am

Guest   : follow me please

            ( setelah tiba di  front office cashier )

Porter  : Mr. Tony here is our cashier. Please prosses your check out here and may I get your room key please ?

Guest   : go thank you. This is my room key

Porter  : you are welcome, have you booking a taxy ?

Guest   : not yet

Porter  : may I help you for a booking a taxy please ?

Guest   : certenly

            (setelah check out prosses selesai dan  bellboy dipanggil )

Porter  : excuse me Mr. Tony have you finish for the check out  prosses ?

Guest   : yes i have

Porter  : your taxy is coming. May i put your luggage on the taxi ?

Guest   : yes please

             ( setelah guest luggage ready di dalam  taxy and tamu akan pergi )

Porter  : Mr. Tony  your luggage is completed  and  your taxy  is ready to escorting you go to Air Port. Nice to see you I hope you will be come back again to our hotel
